Types of tourism part 2

In my last post, I have described about some types of tourism according to some definition of tourism given by tourist experts. Now I want to give you a clear idea about types of tourism. Typifying of tourism derived from the nature and need of a tourist. Here I describe different types of tourism.

Encouragement tourism: Encouragement tourism is a kind of tourism where tourists are those few lucky individuals who gain a tour offer as a reward of his/her hard work, intelligence, good personality to his/her boss. This type of tourism also gains by a student or a sales man for their good performance in their own sectors.

Medical tourism: Sometimes doctors give prescription to make a tour for special medical treatment, which is only possible away from home. This type of tourism which is made only for medical treatment is called as medical tourism. Many health or medical tourists also make trips simply to stay for few days in healthier climate.

Trade tourism: Tourist traveling with relation to business is known as trade tourism. Trade tourism is a one of the most important part for a big business and industry holders. Most of the cities of the tourism location made conference centers only for needs of trade tourists. Trade tourism arranged for interrelation between business persons around the world.

Educational Tourism: Tourism is a part and parcel of education. Tourism which is making for study in order to improve his or her educational qualification is termed as educational tourism. A student can easily develop his/her knowledge by visiting different country around the world. There are also group of people, who travel to attend workshops to upgrade skills.

Voyage Tourism: When tourism is make for getting some unusual or bizarre experience is termed as voyage tourism. This type of tourism is made for adventure about mysterious world. It maybe dangerous such as car racing, rock climbing, river rafting, skydiving, long swimming and jumping from a high position.

Eco-tourism: Eco-tourism is made by nature loving tourists. It’s an environment friendly version of tourism where tourist make a tour to contribute in prevent environment pollution. Besides relaxation people work in farms rearing animals, participating in farming, collecting data and more. This type of tourism is also use to make tourists rejuvenate and revitalize with comfort by contributing in refreshing the environment, while tourist enjoying to see greener world.

Religious tourism: Religious tourism is related to religion. It only comes when a tourist made it for religion reasons such as he/she want to know about religious history and culture in root level and want to be such kind of religious person, so this type of tourism contains religious significance. For different religion religious tourism is different like Muslims go Mecca for Hajj, Hindus go Vanarashi in India, and the Christians go Vatican in Rome. During Easter a huge conglomeration of Christian pilgrimage takes place in Zion City.

Sports Tourism: These sorts of tourism are for either watch sports events or to take part in different sports arranged in foreign country. Various kind of sports are held around whole year like Olympic game football world cup, cricket world cup, tennis championship, premier league, Wimbledon tennis championship and much more. Where players and visitors both are the tourist of sports tourism. Young age people are the main tourist of this type of tourism and they travel with a limited budget. But they are very passionate and love excitements while watching game and sports.

Shopping tourism: When anybody makes a tour only for shopping  to abroad due to lower prices of goods or make his/her shopping differ than others termed as shopping tourism. People from prosperous or poor country both make this type of tourism. Even developing country people are now interested about this type of tourism.

Cultural tourism: Tourism also helps to share cultural information from country to country. When tourism are use to share culture is termed as cultural tourism. Its maybe historical sites, buildings and monuments, places of historical events etc.
